We have a simple, quick & efficient approach towards getting you started with our services. The steps below outline the approach.

  1. getting startedRequirement Analysis
    This is an important stage of our engagement involving a detailed understanding of your operations, discussing complexities and challenges from past experiences, defining service levels and bridging expectations with the deliverable.
  2. Signup and Payment
    Upon completion of the above, our finance team will send you a service contract; defining agreed service requirements, service parameters & deliverables along with the invoice for the 1st month in service.
  3. Agent Training
    After receipt of payment, one of our Process Manager will be assigned to your account. He will be your single point of contact. The Process Manager will get in touch with you and initiate the agent training program.
  4. Go Live!
    Based on the time required for agent training, a Go Live date will be finalized. Services will start on this date.
    We do not bill the training period. Billing cycle starts from the date the services go live.
