We have a simple, quick & efficient approach towards getting you started with our services. The steps below outline the approach.

Requirement Analysis

This is an important stage of the engagement. It involves a detailed understanding of your business, the services required, goals & challenges. Expectations and deliverables are discussed and well understood by both sides. Past experiences are shared and new plans are designed for guaranteed success.

Signup and Payment

Upon completion of the above, our finance team will share a simple service contract defining the agreed service requirements, SLA, service parameters, pricing, etc. along with the invoice for the 1st month in service.

Knowledge Transfer & Agent Training

After receipt of payment, one of our Process Manager will be assigned to your account. He will be your single point of contact. The Process Manager will initiate the agent training program & knowledge transfer.

Transitioning, Soft Launch & Go Live!

Based on the time required for agent training, a Go Live date will be finalized. Services will start on this date. We do not bill the training period. Billing cycle starts from the date the services go live.
